Degree: I have my Masters in Education and a Bachelor of Science degree with my Major being Elementary Education and minor in Social Studies.

Background: I taught two years of Kindergarten in Illinois and 9 years of first grade in Racine, WI, One year of part time reading support in Whitefish Bay, WI

Teaching Interests: I love spending time with my family, exercising, reading, and  scrap booking.

Note: My favorite part about teaching is seeing the progress each child makes during the school year, both academically and socially.

Degree: Elementary Education degree from Univ. of WI- Madison Master Degree from Cardinal Stritch

Awards: Certified as a learning disabilities and reading teacher

Background: Currently training to be certified as an instructor in the Orton-Gillingham program for Dyslexia

Note: I love teaching first grade as it gives me the opportunity to work with the whole child and help them begin to be readers, mathematicians, and engaged students.
